To ensure your pet's well-being, we offer a variety of shipping options tailored to the weight and urgency of your order. Because we work with global fulfillment partners to provide the best brands and prices, our shipping structure is designed to be fair, reliable, and transparent.

1. Shipping Rates & Tiers

We calculate shipping based on the total weight of your order or the total order value. Please see our domestic US rates below:

Note on Heavy Goods: To support your pet's health, our Heavy Goods tier is specifically designed for bulkier items such as large bags of food, litter, or heavy-duty pet beds, ensuring they are handled with care.

2. Priority Processing & Shipping

If you choose Priority Processing & Shipping, your order is moved to the top of our fulfillment queue. This ensures that your items are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier as quickly as possible. While this speeds up the handling time, please note that carrier transit times are still subject to standard domestic windows.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: To keep our prices competitive and provide a serene shopping experience, we ship directly from our specialized fulfillment hubs. Please allow 7–15 business days for your package to arrive.

4. Split Shipments (Multiple Packages)

To get your essentials to you as fast as possible, your order may be divided into multiple shipments if items are located in different warehouses.

  • You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

  • Items may arrive on different days, but rest assured, the remainder of your order is on its way.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your package is on the move, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your pet’s goodies via our [Insert Link to Tracking Page]. Please allow 48–72 hours for the carrier to update their tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy & Deliveries

  • Correct Address: Please verify your address at checkout. Petoria is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Delivered Status: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier office. Petoria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery.
