At Petoria, we strive to provide high-quality products for your pets. Because we operate as an online store with various fulfillment partners, we adhere to the following strict return guidelines to ensure we can continue offering a wide selection of pet goods.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Food & Treats Policy (Perishables)

To maintain the highest safety and health standards for all our furry customers:

  • Unopened Food/Treats: May be returned within 30 days if the original factory seal is completely intact.

  • Opened Food/Treats: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any food or treat items that have been opened or had their seal broken. We do not offer refunds if a pet does not like the taste or texture of a product.

3. Hard Goods (Toys, Beds, Apparel, etc.)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused, unwashed, and free of pet hair/fur.

  • In the original product packaging with all tags still attached.

  • Includes all original parts, accessories, and manuals.

4. 20% Restocking Fee

Please be advised that all eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking items into our fulfillment system.

  • Note: Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

5. Shipping & Packaging Requirements

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the return back to our designated facility.

  • Packaging: You must reship the product and all its original contents (including accessories and manuals).

  • The Box: You may reship the products in the same package it was originally shipped in, provided it is still secure. If the original package is damaged, you must supply your own shipping box/package. * Labeling: Do not place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer’s product packaging. Please place the product inside a separate shipping box or mailer.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Do not ship items back to the manufacturer address found on your original shipping label. Returns sent to the manufacturer will not be processed.

  1. Request Authorization: Email us at [petoriapets@gmail.com] with your Order Number.

  2. Receive Address: We will provide you with the specific Petoria Return Address for your item.

  3. Ship the Item: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Petoria is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved: A credit (minus the 20% restocking fee) will be applied to your original method of payment within [1-3] business days.

  • If rejected: Items that arrive used, opened (food), or damaged will not be refunded.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [petoriapets@gmail.com] within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. In these verified cases, the 20% restocking fee will be waived.
